Join us to kickoff the 2023 UBC United Way Campaign from October 10-13.
Every fall the UBC community comes together and shows support for United Way through the annual United Way Campaign. The UBC United Way Campaign consistently raises over $550K for United Way.
United Way British Columbia supports the development of healthy, caring, and inclusive communities by strengthening vital connections that support people in need. Serving over 4 million people, United Way focuses on urgent response, children and youth, seniors, poverty, mental health, and food security.
UBC United Way Kickoff Week Activities:
- Tuesday October 10th: Add to the ‘community board’ roaming around campus
- Wednesday October 11th: Visit our Campaign Information Booth at Lee Square from 11am till 2pm
- Friday October 13th: Meet Seymour and Instagram Takeover
- All Week: See the United Way flag in front of the Irving K. Barber Learning Center
Contribute to the UBC United Way Campaign by making a payroll pledge or one-time gift.
Coffee Campaign:
Log-in and make your donation today. This year, thanks to UBC Food Services, anyone who makes a donation of $5 per pay (or $120 one-time gift) by October 31, will receive a coffee card to use at participating UBC outlets during the month of November.
