Book an Impact Speaker

Host an Impact Speaker at your unit’s team meeting or event and learn firsthand accounts about what your support means to people in need in your very own community.

Impact Speakers include community members who have received help, provided help through United Way funding, volunteered with local initiatives, or who manage local United Way programs.

Problems like homelessness, food insecurity, loneliness seem overwhelming, and solutions can seem intangible; but impact speakers can attest to how even a few dollars can help house a family, feed a child, or connect loved ones. You aren’t just donating; you’re making this work possible, and impact speakers are reflections of that. Instead of just about numbers, they make this work about stories, and remind us that we are here for each other.
